His extensive experience working with EU institutions and international organizations has equipped him with a deep understanding of the intricacies of justice and security programmes, opening him to roles such as Project Director, Advisor, Team Leader, Capacity Building expert for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and law enforcement bodies. A passionate educator, he is a respected university lecturer on "International Project Management" and trainer in Project Cycle Management (PCM), proposal writing, EU procedures, and Logical Framework Approach for EU-funded projects. Vincent is dedicated to making each project a catalyst for change.
His unwavering commitment to performance is a blend of empathy, dedication, and accountability towards beneficiaries and the populations of the countries where GOPA PACE works.
