Our Quality Policy is the framework for defining and reviewing the firm’s quality goals. It focuses on meeting customers’ expectations while taking into account the company’s resources, the growth strategy and the legal and regulatory environment. Everyone in the organisation is responsible for the respect of our agreed procedures to ensure client satisfaction and in line with our internal policies.
Governs our corporate culture which is characterised by a clear vision of our objectives and strategic focus
Recognises our stakeholder’s needs and expectations
Defines the professional and ethical standards for providing our services
We are committed to meeting or exceeding our customers’ expectations
We are all part of the processes to satisfy our customers
We are obliged to seek ongoing improvement in all we do
Our Quality Management System (QMS) sets out the principles of our quality policy and describes the systematic framework for implementation. The QMS is explained in our Quality Management Manual – an internal document which includes all process descriptions, procedures, forms, checklists, other manuals and supporting documents.
Following an audit carried out in 2022, we have been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 Certification for Quality Management, valid for three years (with annual checks) by Bureau veritas Belgium.
ISO 9001 is a standard that sets out the criteria for a quality management system based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.
The outcomes of the audit confirmed our commitment to the quality of our operations processes, reflected in the team motivation and engagement, the concern for the needs and satisfaction of the Client, and for following and improving policies, procedures and processes.
The ISO 9001 certification helps us ensure that we provide good-quality services and is in line with PACE’ strategy to be more efficient, performant and sustainable.
