She recognizes the transformative power of community and stakeholders engagement and is a staunch advocate for good governance, peace and human rights. Precisely in these areas, she has collaborated closely with European and international organisations to drive reform, democratization, institutional strengthening, and accountability.
Her work also encompasses harmonization of legislation, social inclusion, civil society engagement, fund management, and capacity building, among other.
With more than a decade of dedication to international cooperation, Mihaela possesses an exceptional understanding of EU procedures, Practical Guide Procedures, Framework Contracts procedures, EU institutions, and cooperation mechanisms. She holds a background in law and a Master's degree in Public and Administrative Law from the University of Liège.

A distinguished leader with over 15 years’ experience in international cooperation, Vincent Curie plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's direction and impact. His remarkable career has been defined by his expertise in managing complex EU-funded projects. His extensive experience working with EU institutions and international organizations has equipped him with a deep understanding of the intricacies of justice and security programmes, opening him to roles such as Project Director, Advisor, Team Leader, Capacity Building expert for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and law enforcement bodies. A passionate educator, he is a respected university lecturer on "International Project Management" and trainer in Project Cycle Management (PCM), proposal writing, EU procedures, and Logical Framework Approach for EU-funded projects. Vincent is dedicated to making each project a catalyst for change.
His unwavering commitment to performance is a blend of empathy, dedication, and accountability towards beneficiaries and the populations of the countries where GOPA PACE works. He holds two Master's degrees, in European Public Management and in Community Litigation, from prestigious institutions in Belgium and Luxembourg.
